REDOS/ADJUSTMENTS
If you are not happy with your results, please call the salon directly. Our team will be happy to make minor tweaks and adjustments within 10 days or less of your hair appointment.
*This courtesy is not to be confused with "changing your mind" or trying to work the system for free services. If your request is reasonable, we will do all that we can to fix any error in quality.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds of any kind.

CANCELLATON & NO-SHOW POLICY (LEGALLY ENFORCEABLE)
At Salon HUE, your appointment is personally reserved for you. Our stylists work on commission, and last-minute cancellations directly affect their income and scheduling. To ensure fairness and protect our team’s time, we strictly enforce the following policy: CANCELLATION POLICY
• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

ILLNESS & COVID-19 EXCEPTION POLICY
We respect the importance of health and safety, and we encourage clients to stay home if they feel unwell. However, late cancellations due to illness—including COVID-19—are not exempt from this policy. Please cancel early to avoid charges and protect our team and other guests. This cancellation policy is fully enforceable under New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) law: As per RCNY Title 6 §5-37, businesses are permitted to charge cancellation fees as long as the policy is clearly posted and made known to the client at the time of booking or service. Salon HUE complies with all legal display and communication requirements. By scheduling an appointment with Salon HUE, you are agreeing to this cancellation policy
